Sonopressure Therapy Coming Soon

What is Sonopressure Therapy?

Sonopressure is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses calibrated tuning forks on pressure points to reduce stress, ease pain, and promote overall well-being. Also known as Tuning Fork Therapy or Acusound, it blends acupressure principles with the vibrational power of sound to support the body’s natural healing response.

Similar to acupuncture or acupressure, but without needles or intense pressure, Sonopressure helps regulate the nervous system and restore energetic balance.

Benefits include:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Better sleep
  • Increased focus and clarity
  • Relief from pain and muscle tension
  • Improved immune and nervous system function
  • Emotional balance and deep relaxation

Sonopressure is not a replacement for medical care but can be an effective complement for those seeking natural ways to manage stress and enhance wellness.

Is Sonopressure right for everyone?

While Sonopressure Therapy is generally safe and well-tolerated, there are a few important considerations to keep in mind. Some individuals may be particularly sensitive to sound or vibration and could experience mild side effects such as dizziness or nausea if the stimulation is too intense.

Additionally, those with certain medical conditions—such as pacemakers, metal implants, diagnosed mental disorders or those who are pregnant—may have specific contraindications.

For your safety and comfort, it’s essential to consult with your healthcare provider and inform your sound practitioner of any existing health concerns before beginning Sonopressure Therapy.
