Rev. Cassandra Kottman

My name is Cassandra Kottman. I am a minister ordained through the Universal Life Church, certified to perform a variety of ceremonies through American Marriage Ministries, and a proud member of the International Association of Professional Wedding Officiants. I serve as both a wedding officiant and a life coach.

I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art with a minor in Religious Studies. I perform weddings, lead guided meditations, and offer life coaching with a focus on relieving stress through therapeutic art techniques. Our world can often feel overwhelming; full of noise, pressure, and overstimulation. My mission is to help others break through that noise and create space for calm and clarity, and offer the tools to move forward.

When it comes to weddings, I help couples simplify the planning process so they can focus on what truly matters: Their love, and creating a ceremony that reflects them as a couple. I love working closely with people to design something meaningful, beautiful, and stress-free amid what can often feel like chaos.

I originally became an officiant to perform my brother’s wedding ceremony. While I was honored to be there for him, the experience was far more powerful than I ever expected. That day showed me how meaningful it is to guide people through such a joyful and sacred moment.

Before this chapter of my life, I spent 17 years in customer service and communication management. Helping people has always brought me joy, but there’s something deeply rewarding, even magical, about uniting individuals and sending them off into a new life together. There are few life-changing moments that are planned and joyous, and being part of those moments is an incredible gift.
